Please note that due to the nature of beauty products and wholesale pricing, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged.
Initiate Return Request
Contact our wholesale support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the fragrances in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging and include a copy of your invoice or the RMA form inside the box to ensure accurate processing.
Ship the Package
Send the items back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service; we recommend purchasing insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items to verify they are in resaleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees.
